On May 28, we are bringing MindGym back to Vienna.

An evening dedicated to focus, neuroplasticity, attention, and the connection between body and mind.
You will learn:
• practical exercises to train your brain
• modern research from leading universities
• simple tools to improve your mental hygiene and daily cognitive performance

This is not a motivational talk.
It is a practical workshop about focus, emotions, stress regulation, and mental performance in modern daily life.
MindGym combines science, movement, discussion, and practical exercises that can immediately be integrated into daily life.
An evening for people who take both their body and mind seriously.

Full Moon Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga offers deep rest, gentle stretching, and regeneration.
The full moon symbolizes release, clarity, and new beginnings.

In my Full Moon Yin Yoga Sessions, we combine both: a soft, grounding practice in harmony with the rhythm of the moon.

We practice entirely by candlelight.
All postures are done seated or lying down and are held for longer periods to deeply relax both body and mind.
